Apartment Workers came in and stole my stuff

Please be warned, if you are planning on moving in here, make sure you have renters insurance.

The apartment staff allowed their workers to come into my apartment 3 days before my move out date, and trashed/ took everything.

They explained to me that they thought I had already moved out and had left stuff in the apartment.

Why would someone leave 2 laptop computers plugged in and turned on sitting on a desk.

The apartment staff and owners said they were not liable.

Then when I finally moved out, they charged me for new carpet because they said I must have had a pet, which I did not.

Because I had renters insurance, I did not sue for my stuff, we setteled for over $10,000.

(who would leave over $10,000 worth of stuff when they move out).

Besides the theft, watch out for electric bills.

The AC will run nonstop during the summer, especially if you move into an apartment with a sunrun.

Normal bill between May and October was $350 per month.

Also, gate is always broken, so no security, make sure you have an alarm on your car.
