I lived here for 1 year and moved out to get a bigger apartment more north.
If it weren't for the surroundings (just take a look at the ppl that walk up and down the street, or better yet, go into the Wal-Mart across the street!), I would have stayed.
For the money, this is a great place! My own covered space, crown molding, pretty good flooring and great countertops...and I am a picky person about this kind of stuff!! Garden tub, too.
Now, I'm in a $1,000 a month apartment that looks nowhere near as nice inside! I'm moving again (broke up with b/f) and now I can't find a place with my standards for a good price...if I could move Greyson's a little north....

This place is going down, was there about 2 year ago, walmart and other places are getting crowded and dirty, besides there are several sex offencers living around the area. I would never go back there. I don't think they had crown molding in the apartments. They changed management several times. This place is not the standards I would live.

Yeah, your own covered space down the street from your apt. Who gets the good covered spaces and doesn't have to walk a long distance then tackle those stairs with arms full of groceries or kids?
