I have lived here for a year and a half and I don't really have anything bad to say about these apartments. I get so many compliments on my apt and on top of that, they can't believe what I pay. these are good apartments for the money. the ONLY complaint I have is the LOUD people above me. They stomp around like elephants and don't seem to have ANY respect for anyone who lives around them. But is that the apartments fault'' NO. it it the RUDE LOUD people above me - it is their fault.
Overall I really like these apartments. The people who are complaining are probably people who owe rent, skipped out on their lease, or are those type of people who think they should have EVERYTHING handed to them on a silver platter.
I would recommend these apartments.

I bet the people that live above you are just walking normal and have no idea that it is that loud . This is a common problem with multiple story appartments. Also the people on the top get some funky smells coming from the bottoms sometimes..... Some of the smells are illegal!
