I moved in almost a year ago to Greyson's Gate.
I was first impressed by the grounds and the detailed information I recieved about the amentities.
The staff was by my standards "okay" but could have been a little more helpful.
It seemed like they were glad to get me in the door and then once I moved in weren't as quick to jump to their feet when I needed something or had questions.
The maintanence staff, on the other hand, has been outstanding from day one!! I have never had an issue last longer than a day.
I recently stopped by the office to pick up a package and noticed all new faces.
They introduced themselves and asked me how my apt.
was.
It was so refreshing to be greeted with smiles.
They took the time to ask me how long I had been here and offered to get my papers ready for re-newal and schedule a complimentary carpet cleaning.
I am very pleased with the new staff and have signed another year lease.

If everyone had experiences like this then I am sure they would have a higher rating. They have a low rating for a reason. I am glad you have positive things to say however it is not this great for all the past tenants
