Love this place, been here for a year now.

The floor plans are spacious and the price is very competitive and reasonable.
Even with the garage this rent is some of the lowest in the area that has all these features.
They have cute gatherings for the residents and they are extremely quiet.
Sometimes you will not hear a thing when you are out walking your dog or just taking a walk in general.
They are well maintained despite what the residents do to trash them.
I've seen residents throw handfuls of cigarette butts and trash in the grass but the apartments are always quick to clean it up.
The management staff used to be crap but now they are pretty darned good! They are nice and accommodating when I or my husband call.
We will be renewing our lease here because they are nice looking, worth the price, convenient to everything, and the maintenance and office staff really do take care of you.
I do admit what others have noted and that's "not much if any visitor parking" but I've lived at a place before that had none so theirs is almost adequate.
