bad complex with a great maintenance staff

This complex is bad bad bad.
The gates are always broken and the walls are paper thin.
When we moved in the carpet was awful and dingy and the apartment had a funny smell that never really went away.
After we moved they kept most of the deposit and it seems that they didn't even replace the carpet since they charged me for cleaning.
The staff and very uninformed and misleading. It seems that they will say whatever they have to say to get you in.
The only good thing about this complex was the maintenance staff.
