I lived at Greyson's Gate from November 06 to Feb 09. I was having some credit problems due to economy and medical emergencies. So I went back to Greyson's Gate in June of 09 and explained my situation to the manager and she had declined my app, she didn't even try to help me even though I have lived with them for over 2 years and have never failed to pay my rent on time, had never caused problem to anyone. Anyway, the point is that I understand the issues I was having with my credit but then again, they should have consider all the time I spent there and that I lived in one bedroom and then moved to a 2 bedroom and again, have never paid my rent late. So, I do not recommend a place where management does not understand problems people can have even when they are an exellent tenant like I was.
