This place is noisy at all hours of the night. The office staff is not always helpful, and very disorganized. One night I had water dripping from my ceiling and called the maintanance guy who told me to turn my AC off b/c it was too cold outside to need it anyway and he didn't want to come look that night. The "security" gates are almost always broken. There are also loud parties all the timeI applied for my rent.com $100 reward, and 9 weeks later rent.com still cannot get confirmation from the managers, so I can't get my check. The apartment is alright (old appliances, faded and peeling wallpaper and tile, stale cigarette smell) but not what I would have chosen had we not been in a tight spot to find a place quickly. In this case you definitely get what you pay for. I'm ready to move again and our lease isn't up for 4 months.
