Hampton Greens

The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. I fear for my safety and won't leave the apartment at night without my boyfriend. I have walked outside several times to a parking lot full of thugs and a stench of marijuana permeating the air. My car has been broken into as have those of several residents I have spoken to. I put a notice of the incident into the office 2 days later and the "security" company had not reported it (they missed the broken glass all over the parking lot?!)The security gates are constantly broken for almost a week at a time. The actual apartments are very nice to look at but look closely and you'll find that they have a major ant problem. The walls aren't insulated and you can hear everyones music and it makes sleeping impossible. Complain to the "24 hour" phone number and they will give you a disconnected number to "security" and let the party in the pool area (complete with smashing beer bottles) continue into the morning. The staff is angelic until you sign the lease, after which you will never get anything but a rude run around. If you are silly enough to move in here, go to corporate with you problems, they are the only ones that will take care of anything. There is not a reason in the world anyone should subject themselves to this dangerous dump.
