The price to live here is low, but you get what you pay for. (Mis)Management is a joke, noisemakers are defended, and it is common to see police cars.
Seems like there is at least 1 domestic fight per week, so expect to be woken up at 4am at least once per week.
Parking is a joke as well. If you park in the 'wrong' spot, expect to get keyed.
