Hampton Greens is the most attractive apartments on the entire street. The office staff is great! I know that they are under new ownership and have seen changes for the good and feel that more are in the near future.
Pricing is good, and since I have moved in I have noticed that the noise level is getting better based on the comments that I read on this site. I think you should give Hampton Greens a chance because things are looking up.

Hampton Greens was a great place to live before the recent management change. The service now is terrible. The security gate has been broken now for 2 months!!! The maintance people don't show up when they say they will (if at all) and don't seem to have a clue about fixing air-conditioning units. Since the management change, I've talked to my neighbors in my building, and none of them are planning on renewing their lease. I can't wait to leave this place.
