I lived here for a year ( two 6 month leases in different floor plans ) and I loved it. I wish I didn't leave the apartments when my lease was up. I got new carpet both times I moved without even asking for it, and the staff was always helpful. I always got my problems fixed if I has any, which was rare.
Yes of course you are going to hear loud music, neighbors, and what not...I mean you live in an apartment you'll get that anywhere you go! But I never felt scared walking to my aparment at night, parking was a little bad at night though. Sometimes I had to walk a little further to get to my aparment, but it only bothered me if I had just went groery shopping or something.
MY electric bills were never really high. I think the most I paid last July was $120. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
