The manager of this complex has ne skills what-so-ever.
She can't handle any problem or tenant issue, she has no idea what the lease actually says, and she hasn't a clue about landlord-tenant laws in Texas.
This place has done nothing but gone downhill since she got here!!!

i am so shocked to see this review posted on hampton greens! and at that it was anonymous, I have lived here for 10 yrs and have never had any issues with management or anything else for that matter. My maintenance issues have always been taken care of right away. The manager and entire staff are very pleasant. I honestly believe that the community has gotten better since the new mgmt came in. Overall, I hate to think i live in a community with such ungrateful and impolite neighbors as this person. My only ponder is why would you live in a place for 7 yrs and be so unhappy? Why not move away if its so horrible??

i wish i could. due to my car being broken into and then stolen, it has made it impossible, but as soon as i can i'll be gone. by the way, i didn't say anything bad about maintenance, but don't you wonder why the old staff left within 2 weeks of the new mgmt.? And the raised the price on the washers and dryers right before christmas(w-'06/ d-'07, $1.25 each is too much) They started charging for gas with no notice and they are inconsistant about how it is charged. Plus we don't have gas meters amd I don't have a washing machine... how is fair that i get charged the same as someone w/ a washer? i'm sorry if that seems ungrateful, but what do you want me to thank them for?
