STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX !!! WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. If you currently live in this complex please have them do a walk-thru once they have your keys! They will find mystery charges once you are gone. There was a hole in the ceiling above my tub which occurred when a pipe broke from the upstairs resident, I'm now charged for that hole!!! Common sense would tell you it came from a water break!! That is just ONE of the mystery charges they hit me with! Also they will not give you notice that your lease is about to end so you are forced to either pay some ridiculous month to month rent or sign for 6 more months!! These people are very underhanded !! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! If i can stop one person or family from being shamed and tricked by this complex i will have done my duty as a consumer! STAY AWAY!!!!
