This place is by far the best on Woodmeadow. I have lived here for 3 months and enjoy it, the staff is very nice and the maintenance gets the job done fast. I recommended my sister and she likes it too. Not bad if your looking to save money. I go to school full time so financially it helps me out! I agree this is the best place on Woodmeadow Pkwy, but that ain't saying much! It's at the end of a drug block! Don't be surprised when Dallas Police have locks the block down and checks every single car that passes. Yes, this happens! You might be saving a little money by living in this complex now, but you wait untill it's time to move out! They "forget" to give you a reminder to renew lease untill it's 3 days before it expires. I hope you like washing dishes, I lived here for a year and they NEVER got my dishwasher to work. I filled a complaint with the TAA and they still couldn't fix it. Oh, and the World Class Management Team in that office are the best! Always make them sign anything that deals with your apartment because they will lie to your face!! I love how put a notice on my door (20 days before I move out) asking me to remove my dog... I didn't have a dog! So they waited until I move and charged me for carpet.
