Management has just changed and have let this complex go. I think they're using it as a tax write off. They have places to deposit pet waste that are overflowing and stink. They don't take care of their tenants. There are rats. No joke they chewed through my wife's car wireing. The management is rude and abusive. We are leaving as fast as we can! Almost all neighbors have motor cycles that come and go at all hours of the night.

we lived there for over 2 years and had AWFUL problems w/ management (several members of living on property themselves and driving, you guessed it - MOTORCYCLES! they had the nerve to bill us several grand for the poor construction of their garage / porch set-ups ...we had the TX tenants Union and a lawyer help get us out of their without paying them a dime for that damn garage (that fell IN ON MY newly leased car! - yeah, like I'd do that on purpose - makes a lot of sense! what the...?) it was our finding that no one in particular would claim ownership (other than a Dennis Lepovac - toward the end - when they were demanding money) of that property... seemed more like a "group" of investors with one having the majority of shares - "Dennis" - we THINK, probably will never know! do know that Bea Kholer (another owner / shareholder is an evil woman (who lives on property) w/ an agressive - to put it nicely - dog who will get away from her and hurt you if you don't watch out - you don't need to be bothering either of them, he just loves to bite, I think (seems like a lab-breed, not a violent by nature animal - MUST be the owner :) boy, what a mess of apartments surrounding those - why bother? if the crime doesn't come from Hidden Bend(over) then, it's coming from the neighbors in the gov't subsidized housing all around that property...
