l am a residence at the complex and this place is a big joke, this morning l'm outside my apartment and this young man with a Dog and two little girls one in the uniform going to school. They could not leave the complex because the side walk gate is completely closed you cannot use it at all. So they had to wait for someone going out in a car to let them out. They stood there for more than a minute no car was leaving the complex, you could see the young man getting frustrated, they walked back and came back in their white track, as soon at the gate open he backed it up in a hurry as soon as he stopped the little girls shoot out of the truck to try and make it through the gate, the poor little girl in the uniform fell on her face trying to run and catch the gate. Ofcorse they didn't make it through the gate because they had to attend to the little girl who was crying. This man was so frustrated, l was frustrated just watching this whole senarial, it is ridiculous. l don't understand why they have the side walk gate locked that you can't use it at all for our safety while in the back of the complex there is a big space on the wooden fence that people from the other complex jump through infact now they nocked down the wood that they can just walk through.It makes no sence at all. l talked to the manager about not being able to go out for a walk and she was going to look into it. That has been months.
the interior of the apartment is to old that when l walk in my bedroom it squick and you can feel the loose pieces of wood. The management is so poor, the pool is small and dirty half of the time, roaches crawling everywhere. There is nothing l can do other than wait for my lease to be over.
