Okay seriously these reviews have to be jokes or fradulent. Worst place I've lived in my life. There is no parks within any reasonable walking distance so people just walk up and down the feeder road all day and all night. The pool was always filthy. We had a leak come through one of our light sockets. Carpeted bathrooms, all the appliances are out of date, its pretty much low income housing and I did not feel safe. We had work orders that didn't get done for months, still weren't done by the time we left. Our "yard" was a 3x15 slab of concrete, with a falling down fence at that. We could have had such a better place for the money. Our utility bills were outrageous because of the out of date AC unit 200$ with no tv, stereo, I mean what the heck, we didn't barely live there as it was because we both worked 10 hour days. This is the only review with a shred of truth. There is no grass on the premesis either, it was a dump

finally, an honest review. and yes, you're right. most of the reviews on here are posted by the office staff. trust me, they can't be relied upon. if you doubt the truthfulness of this review or my own, just do yourself a favor and drive around the property and even aske to see one of the units. you really don't have to believe us if you don't want to...seeing is believing. incredibly glad that i moved.

I desided not to move there because the day I went to look at the property the gate was broken and as I got out of my car at the office I was approched by a drug dealer trying to sell me crack.....I never entered the office just got back in my car and left.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Management stinks! After living there for 10 months, I was walking to turn in a work order and she asked me to identify where I life and who I was because she couldn't recognize me. Unbelievable- this a very small complex! Work orders took forever to get completed because in fact, they could never maintain stuff for more than a couple of weeks. My AC bill was outrageous because of outdated appliances and they applied ridiculous charges to our deposit. Take my advice, don't even consider this place.
