When I moved in, I felt that these townhomes were awesome. The one we ended up with has a decent sized yard for our dogs and our neighbors are quiet. All seemed to be well until a new apartment manager came in. The office is always closed it seems. Posted hours are from 9-4pm....but it is more like 9-3pm, with the office person taking an hour lunch from 12-1:30... And nope, they're not open on the weekends either...so to say the least I haven't seen the manager since they had a change over. The old manager was really nice and easily accessible since she lived on the property. The apartments themselves are not bad. We did have one maintenance issue, which the office came and fixed...took a week to get them out and 3 phone calls, but they got the problem fixed. Other than that, there are a few squeaky parts to the upstairs floor which we try to overlook.
