My husband I moved into our townhome a little over two years ago. When we moved in we thought it was a great deal and nice little complex. Since living here the apartment management has turned over 3 times, the last one being the worst. I constantly feel unsafe, there are prostitutes, drug dealers and homeless people that walk up and down right outside the gate at all hours. My husband's car has been broken into as well as several of our neighbors. There has even been a shooting in a neighborhood complex and woke up to find a bloody t-shirt right in front of our steps the next morning. The apartment itself is dated with carpet in the bathrooms, rotting wood in place for the balconies and stairs. The new management is non existent, you can never seem to catch them in the office. This is not anywhere we would have ever moved if we would have known it would be like this. Rent has steadily gone up and after paying over $600 in deposits you would think that it would be better maintained and a safer place to live. Thank God our lease is up in a month!!DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

I'm glad my lease will be up next month too. I am definitely out of here. The only upgrades that have been made to the complex since I moved in a year ago is a new fence that they started on last month and still have not completed. The old fence kept blowing over every time we had a rain storm.
