Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
I have lived here for 6 years, and enjoy my long-time resident neighbors. I've NEVER had any problems with the management (no matter who they were), and when I did have problems, they were cleared up within a reasonable amount of time. When there were problems, it was because the suppliers were having problems getting their supplies - how can that be management's problem' I've never had to "hound" the management to take care of anything.
If I thought Hidden Bend Townhomes was not a safe, clean place to live, I wouldn't be living here - and neither would my child. Just because there are some people who seem to have difficulties with the management, don't let their reviews sway you to think that this is a terrible place to live.
