I have been living here since June 2007. You will always find something that isn't perfect when you rent. I'm not saying I haven't had disagreements with management, but after investigating, there was a logical explanation. I had a problem with the contractor that was building our NEW FENCE and after the contractor refused to get back with me, E called and discussed the situation with him. He called back right away. So the contractors that are building the NEW BALCONIES are a little loud sometimes. There are disadvantages here as well as any other apartment complex. One major advantage---You know your neighbors!!! Most by name. I feel this "community" is good for my kids, they have a yard to play in and we can take them for a bike ride without fear of being ran over (a few people DO drive too fast thru here). Not to mention the FRIENDSHIPS we've developed here. I'm hoping to stay here until we buy a house :)
