Dont let your friends or family rent from Hidden Oaks apartments in Dallas, TX, they have only fixed my hot water since i have been living here, moved in on the 2nd, and i still have mold under my bathroom sink which all they did with that to "fix" the problem was spray paint over it and put some caulking on it so u can't see the mold. and the mold under my kitchen sink and the warped board is still there they just put more wood on top of it so it looks new and they screwed those peices down and spray painted over the mold on the side.

yes, this is an ok place to live if you have credit issues and no where else to go. But I wouldnt recommend it. They dont fix anything. You have to go out of your way to get them to do anything at all. They are lazy and the apt manager Angie is -----. She dodges me when she sees me and wont answer calls. Ive been her since Nov. and Ive had to call daily to get anything done. This place is ok as a last resort.
