No, no, no, no! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   If you have any respect for yourself at all, do not move anywhere close to Highland Rd. It summarizes the word "ghetto" for anyone who isn't sure what ghetto is. My experience at this place was this... I didn't even have a lease, yet I got an eviction on my record when I left. Not only this, but police stopped me every time they saw me. Why' Because I'm white, and that's unusual to them in this area. The Dallas police frequent this complex for everything from shootings, hostage standoffs, burglury, child molestation, suicide attempts, etc. Did I forget to mention the drug problem' Oh MY! I witnessed more animal crueltly while living there than I wished to see my whole life. This place is out of the question EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALMOST NO MONEY!!!!!!
