It doesn't matter how amny times they change management this place is a death trap. They used it as a form of housing for some of the New Orlean Citizens.

move in May 2008 I was told that the grounds was secure, no in and out driving only if u were a resident, police security, washer in driver that works, WELL I FOUND THIS TO BE A LIE. THE GROUND WASNOT SECURE i MOVE IN MAY 2008 AND MOVE OUT SEPTEMBER BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO. 1ST LIE POLICE SECURE THE GROUND, QUITE GROUNDS, KNOW ONE ALOUD TO BE OUT SIDE ON THE STEPS AND AY TIME, NOOOOOO! DRUGS, SAFETY NOT ANY,MAINTENCE SORRY..WENT WITH OUT AIR IN JULY 100 TO 105 TEMP OUT SIDE MANTENCE MAN COMING IN THE APT. BUYING DRUGS, oNE KILLING ON DEATH BECUASE THE AIR WENT OUT IN THIS OLD MAN APARTMENT AND DIE WITHOUT AIR, POLICE CHASE EVERY OTHER DAY AND WEEK. AFRAID TO GO OUTSIDE TALK TO THE POLICE WHILE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE AND THEY TOLD ME BEST THING TO DO IS MOVE THIS WAS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE MANTENCE WAS SORRY MANGERMENT LIED AND POLICE SAID TO RUNNNNNNNNNNNN OUT THIS APT.
