You Be The Judge From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The apartment complex has changed management maybe 3times in the last year with no notice to tenants at all. This last management has been a nightmare. They refuse to put in a new or even gently used air conditioning unit. I live on the third floor and was without air conditioner for two week. I was told someone would be out the next and that never happened.. I complained over and over and it was not until I threatened to sue them that they decided to fix it. I also advised them that I wanted money off of my rent and they tried to give me a funky apology package instead.... Since this incident..every night my a/c shuts off and comes on in the morning.. Other issue..Parking-We have assigned parking spaces and my neighbors have parked their vehicle in my parking space and parked their vistors vehicle in their parkng space... This has happened numerous times.. I talked to management and the have done nothing... One day I asked that the car be towed..the office manager said she would have it done and it was still there that night.. It was probably the vehicle of someone she knows... Either way..I have been a tenant here since early 2007 and would expect that they would want to keep it that way.... The apartments have gone down hill...trash is never picked up and over flowing....beer bottles in the flowers...trash scattered all around...and all tenants pay a $5 trash fee....FOR WHAT...NOTHING EVER GETS PICKED UP.... THESE APARTMENTS ARE PISS POOR and I would not dare stay here after my lease...
