I lived here severalyears ago. I was not able to see it until the day of move in (after I signed my lease). Anyways, the space of the apartment was wonderful. The color of my carpet was different (Royal Blue). It seemed as I had gotten the old leasing agents carpet. Well after I moved in I was promissed Blinds for my patio door. Never happend in the time I was there A little more than a year. I was given grief about calling Maint. for a water leak in my dining room. I was told I spilled something. It turned out that the apartment on the other side of the wall had leaked all night and they hadn't called because the office never responds. So for the next year all I smelled was mildew. the ac/heater was not central the office turned what ever on when they wanted. The neighbors were ok in my section and some around the area. The only bad thing was that the one neigbor was always in the trash can. The only safe place to park your car was in front of the office because the SECURITY OFFICER only stayed there because he was to scared to drive the back area. Becasuse of this My car was stolen 3 times from the apartmetns. Also windows were shot out with BB guns. Other cars were either broken into or stolen nightly. My mony order was stolen out of the drop box. I was treated as though I was the theif. Of course I had to pay the differance. When they received there money from the bank. the didn't inform me of my large credit on my rent account. I found out by asking for a ledger of account.
So needless to say my stay was awful. I was finally asked to move with no notice due to all my complaints. For those that moved in after I left I am really sorry. If I would have known about this I would have done this like a daily journal. but those that are looking stay clear. And if Lisa is still the manager RUN..
