this place is an eye sore.the ground up keeping is horrible (trash, empty bottles, beer cans, and whatever else you can think of that has something to do with being trifling.), Whoever wrote the previous comment about getting things fixed is right. i went to the apartment leasing office and spoke with one of the receptionist, to let her know that there were no shelves in either of the bathroom medicine cabinets and no baseboard around the cabinets in the kitchen. when you mop everything starts to get muddy. she told me that she will let maintenance know..how could she let maintenance know if she didnt even get an address...this is what the 13yr old is stating. the people running the apartment can stick notes on your door about your responsibility for rent but will not fix anythingl.furthermore i think the residents should be fined for having the outside of the homes looking they way that they do..this is an eye sore and it turn people off from wanting to live in this type of enviroment. not only is the upkeep bad..management is also,,spoke with a lisa who stated i didn't need to be ------ with her because i've never talked to her about all the problems in my apt( no shelves in med cab, no baseboards, oven does not get hot). i guess once she got word about the complaints she could do something about it. i havent moved all the way in yet but i can tell this is going to be a rough year. you see the maintenance man on the little trucks driving around, i just wonder how many men does it take to get nothing done!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hey I totally Agree with you we lived there for Years it was the most horrilbe experience of my life. We fianlly moved and it was the best thing that has ever happen to me next to getting saved! I feel for you if you are just moving in. My advice would be to Document EVERYTHING. write down when you call in a complaint, who you talked to what time you called how long it took you to get a response and and how many times you had to call about an issue and take pictures of EVERYTHING in your apt that needs fixing and the conditon of your apartment.. I waould also suggest getting an air condition unit for the summer while they are cheap because I'm telling you we used one EVERY SUMMER! GOOD LUCK!
