#1 THE WORST MANAGMENT
#2 UNEXPERIENCED MAINT. STAFF
#3 GHETTO AREA
#4 THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CAR!
#5 DIRTY IN GENERAL...EVERYTHING FROM THE PARKING LOTS TO THE APARTMENT ITSELF
#6 THE MANAGMENT HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE MUCH LESS ANY SENSE OF URGENCY.
- IT TOOK THEM TWO ENTIRE WEEKS TO FIX A LEAK IN MY APARTMENT AND DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS, THEN WHEN I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY IT RAINED AND NOW I HAVE 2 LEAKS IN MY APARTMENT....WHERE IS THE MAINT. STAFF'....HOME FOR THE WEEKEND.
#7 IF YOU HAVE ANY CHILDREN, PLEASE AS A MOTHER MYSELF, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOME FOR THEM.
