I have been living here for 4 years now, I have 3 kids under the age of 4. Since I moved in they havent gone once to clean my carpet, my ac dont cool at all...and they still have the balls to send me a letter giving me a fine of 100 dollars if I dont take off my ac that we were forced to put in the living room, Hey I have a newborn... the ac is leaking i have more than 3 weeks telling them and still nothing... too many roaches NASTY they said they were going to call pest control still no answer.... Its a night mare do not move in

I agree with you ....they should called them the project of crockethill .....and should lower the rent......Nasty Apartment I ever Seen In Dallas OakCliff Area....
