this place is as shady as they come

I was going to live there, but a few week before my move in they tried to raise the rent after we agreed and signed on a certain price. After my experience i didnt want to live there so they kept my deposit anyway. still trying to get it back. they a new excuse everytime i try to talk to the right person. place SUCKS.
