Had a problem w/air conditioning unit and it took 3 days to fix. I would just get notes from maintenance scribbled on a work order, which I could not read. When I called the maintenance office no one knew why the a/c was not fixed. Apparently, there's no communication between them. Very frustrating. Called management office, manager refused to speak to me (it was like trying to get a hold of the president!). Bottom line, management could care less about your problems.
