I have lived in the Hill for a little more that two years. I have had numerous problems with maintenance. No hot water for a few days in a row more than once. The grounds are beautiful, but at the cost of sleep. Every week around 7:30am (that is an average... sometimes earlier) the grounds keepers begin to mow. They are normally done by 8:00, after numerous complaints to office and no help I just know on Tuesdays I can't sleep in. Too much money for no customer service.
