I have wanted to live here for several years because the floor plans are great and the area is perfect. However, I have had nothing but problems since moving here. The noise from the neighbors music and parties are non-stop and even though I have reported it several times it keeps on going. the manager will not return calls or answer letters or any request. When she told me she would call she never did, then became very rude to me when I called her on it.
Unfortunately it is a great apartment. the management is the only rewason I would not live here any longer.

This complex was purchased by another property management company in 2005. The new management is much better and is trying to fix all of the problems that previous management let slide. It's not perfect but they are making progress. I just wish they would enforce the trash policy. There are designated curbside trash pickup days but residents leave trash out all the time. I've seen several posts complaining about pest problems. I haven't had problems myself because I unload a lot of Raid at the first sign of ants. However, my neighbor leaves her trash outside her front door all the time and I'm starting to see ants in the halls again. A lot of the pests could be avoided if people would just clean up after themselves and take their trash to the dumpsters as required in their leases!
