I've just moved in about two weeks ago, so far I have not had any major problems. I have had a few maintance requests that have been handled promptley and correctly the first time. My only on going issues is the covered parking. With your apartment you receive one upon move in and mine has been changed twice and someone still parks in my 'assigned' spot, so I am playing a game of who gets there first. Overall I am very happy with my decision. The complex is very quite at night time and I feel safe walking around.

I know exactly what you're going through. There was a resident who lived in building 27 who would always park in one of the parking spaces for building 26, because this space was just outside his apartment. Even though the apartments had sent out numerous notifications that your only to park in your assigned space, he continued to park in building 26 parking. Then when his friends were visiting they would park in the other surounding spaces close to his apartment. If you called the security patrol to have the vehicle towed from your assigned spot (as informed in the notifications and news letters), neither the security patrol or a tow truck ever showed up, and nothing is ever done. You just end up having to find an available uncovered parking place to park (if you can find one), which is sometimes a block away. They need to enforce the set rules in the apartments much better than they do for the assigned parking, the after hours parties around the pools, pets being allowed to run loose around the pools and complex and defecate, etc...
