The area is pretty nice, I will say that. The apartments and the management especially SUCK! The apartments are so small for the money you pay and nothing ever and I mean ever gets fixed. The leasing agents are just dumb as a whistle so if you want anything ever taken care of you better pray, because you won't get it from them. Watch out for the manager of all people. I have never met somebody so rude and decieving. She will make you feel like you are a worthless rat who is beneath you. I have been in this business for a very long time and if you want a nice place to live where you will be treated with respect stay far away from here. I could go on for pages and pages, but I will stop because if you haven't gotten the picture yet you probably wont. GOOD LUCK if you decide to call this place your home.

You never said anything about the amenities and I actually have renewed my lease because of the attentive staff. It sounds like you may have gotten into trouble while living there at one point and that is why you have such negative feedback. And if you are in the industry what does it say about your company where you won't live on your property but decide to go elsewhere?

This review is VERY accurate. I don't see anything that is exaggerated or overblown.

I live across the street at Vail Village Club. My fiancee lives at Hunters Hill. She has lived there 2 1/2 months. On her move-in day, the unit was not clean, urine on the toilet seat, water and mold on the bathroom ceiling near the AC blower, missing vanity in master bathroom, screen door off it's track. Since then, her place was "broken into" - the door was left unlocked by maintenance, coincidentally, her alarm panel was never repaired as promised by the staff. She has since moved into another unit onsite because the mgmt will not release her from the lease contract even though they failed to repair her broken alarm panel. How is a single mom supposed to feel safe with this type of service?

Her new place has a bad roach problem - and we make a concerted effort to keep all food sealed up. Maintenance, again, left her door unlocked after making a visit in there last week. Management's response: "Oopsie. Shame on that maintenace man." Pitiful....

The parking is decent but I don't know how anyone feels safe. There is very poor lighting of parking lots and common areas. If you think that there is, travel to Vail Village Club and see what a well-lit parking lot really looks like.

I am moving into this place next month - you better believe that we will find a new place when her lease is up.

If you've been in the business a long time, you would know how to treat people. I find it suspicious that a manager, or the staff, would just treat you like crap "for no reason." Rethink the way you spoke to them, or maybe how you came across, and maybe you'll realize you weren't the sweetest of people to them. I say this because they were always kind to me, and I was equally kind to them and never had problems. Maybe you should have lived in the complex you apparently work at.

This person above sounds like the management at Hunter's Hill. RUDE for particularly no reason. This must be someone who works there because who would really care enough to defend them even if they did absolutely love their apartment?
