it was nice when we first moved in about 2.5 years ago, for 3 months it was great (they fixed whatever needed fixing etc) , after that the complex was sold and everything just went to crap. our lease went up by almost $70.00 and maintenance is extremely bad.. there were a few issues that were being repared but when the new owners took over somehow i was the one that was goint to have to pay for the repairs becase they claimed that the repair order was not on reccord.. over the course of almost 2 years we had our car broken into a couple of times, the mail room has been hit almost every weekend ,only god knows what was stolen from there since our "locked" boxes were pried open. there was suposed to be a security guard and i never saw hime , ever.. we have many things that still have not been repaired such as our heater unit, its friggin freezing and with kids i just about had it.. many other things are in need of repair , mold in the AC/heater ducts, water leaks trough the fireplace when it rains just to name a few... if you plan on moving here please think twice specially if you have kids, dont fall by the "best kept secret" crap on their ads. if you dont believe me just come over and talk to the residents.. i cant wait to move out of this crappy apartment.... you will se many "GOOD" reviews like "what a great place to live in" or "i fell in love with this place" , all i could tell you is that for what i heard many apartment managers and staff will write these so called "good" reviews but dont be fooled.. apartment managers get a "bonus" depending on how much or should i say how less maintenance was done on the complex , the less maintenance/repair cost the more money (bonus) the managers get, and lets just say our manager is getting pretty fat bonuses... like i said, if you dont believe me just ask around.. i still live here so i am keeping myself anonimous ..

This is what happens when u dont keep-up the cleaning in ur apt. I bet it is like a zoo in ur apt with all them kids running around in that 2 bedroom of urs. When the house is not well vented like a bathroom mold happens and ur supposed to clean it. U live in a apt with small bathrooms what do u expect....I bet u never called in a repair due to u being afraid they might evict u for being so dirty anf having too many kids in the apt with ur fat spouse that eats all day. JEZZ stop crying about mold..---- what do u think is in meds?!

WOW!! see what i am talking about?? that is Jill the manager from Hunters Hill apartments , she is trying to cover up the main issue once again by blaming the tennant. see how she calls me a "fat spouse" that eats all day ?? this is what i am talking about here and this is how they treat people and expect them to stay ?? they expect you to pay outrageous amounts ($60 )for just trash and water, $350 utility bills, verry poor maintenance , rude managers etc.. i also found out that the outside light on the building was somehow hooked up to my line , you think this is legal?? looks like every month they added something else to the trash or water bill , stuff like "Misc. fee" for what??? i never got any straight answers just "its new policy" .. anyhoo , i hope they go bankrupt or at least get shut down by the health department before other people get sick like i did.. inhaling mold is bad so be carefull, if you get constant FLU like symptoms please have someone from the health department check for mold ...

To vintagetamiya, what planet do you live on? In your first posting about Hunter's Hill yo mentioned the bonus that managers at properties get. You could not be more wrong. You sit back writing these review with lack of information. Not all properties gives its staff bonuses. I don't know if Hunter's Hill staff gets bonuses or not so I wont talk about it. Do you have an records of your request for maintenance request? Keep records for yourself. I have a friend that lives at this property and I will be moving here early next year. I have seen the great work the office staff does and its maintenance guys. We don't know if Jill was the one who wrote you back. Your so quick to blame the property but you have nothing to back up your statements. If the light outside on the building as you say is hooked up wrong, why didn't the previous tenant who lived in your apartment complain about it? Your story is just that a story. A way to let you vent because your not having your ass kissed by the staff. How about you bend over and kiss your own ass. I surely hope you moved out, I wouldn't want you as my neighbor.
