I have lived at Hunter's Hill for almost a year after it was recommended to me by a friend who said they had recently come under new management and were charging less than the apartments were really worth as they were trying to fix the place up. Make no mistake, there are a few issues here, but I haven't really had issues with the management, just other tenants. There is some assigned parking, but beyond that parking is a bit of a nightmare. There are also laundry facilities here, but I'd recommend renting a washer/dryer. Maintenance has always been very prompt and fixed things right the first time, and the grounds (especially by the pool) are very well kept. I've heard about some car break-ins, but haven't experienced that myself. Noise is a bit of a problem, as a lot of my neighbors like to blare rap or Pat Benatar at 7:00 in the morning. Also, the single mail room for the entire community was bad on it's own, but as it has been repeatedly been broken into it's become a real nuisance trying to send or receive mail.

Compared to other complexes in the area, Hunter's Hill is a value, but if you're willing to pay more, you could find better further north.

It's actually kinda scary going into the mailroom because since the bad storm, they have still not fixed the lights, so forget about going to grab the mail when I get off work, its too dark in there.
