I was awakened by the strong storm on 4/10/08 to find my roof had been torn off of my 2nd story apartment. The Management response to the destruction was sincere and swift in action. The roof was sealed, patched within 2 hours after daylight. The management had a very caring attitude and had contractors working hard to get things back to normal. I appreciate Jill and her staff for their professionalism and immediate response.

It has been well over a month since the storm, and it seems as though things have still not even started to be repaired. Not to mention all the debris from the storm hasn't even been cleaned up yet.

HAHA! I think this is funny because it is middle of June and the "patches" are flying in the wind and the brick wall in the picture is still not put back up! Response time? What response? Everything is still bent up and don't expect to get your chimney back anytime soon. I'll bet water drip down in there too!

Well, You are both right. Here it is August and still not fixed, only now I am dealing with mold and rain comin in my apartment. Luckily I am moving out. The Management here is PISS poor. But then again they don't live here.

this is funny they did not get started fixing till sometime in november the place look liked noone lived here i among a few asked over and over when it will be fixed she said we waitting the manger did not even get here the day of the storm till after 9am and she was unpapared not even able to take a pic
