Beware if you rent STAY AWAY from building 7. There is a OLD BITTER --- Bigot who has the office management eating out of her hand and complains about everything from you walking around in your own apartment (I live above her) to dogs barking, and here's the kicker, she allows her dog to walk around without a leash and she's too good to pick up her own dogs crap. She has lived here for 4 years and that's the managemnet excuse for letting her "run the place". I pay market rent and I am being pushed around by some bitter old woman who's living in a one bedroom apartment at 50 something years old. The managements suggest I write a letter to her apologizing for walking around my apartment and "kill her with kindness" by buying her a bottle of wine and saying hi to her!!! WTF'

Well, as for people complaining about others walking above them, unless it's someone blatantly making an effort to irritate the downstairs tenant, it should be expected sometimes. It's an apartment, and one build in the mid-eighties. Some noise should be expected. If people don't want any noise from neighbors, they should buy a house. Now, on the topic of leaving pet feces outside...well, that's just not right. Everyone that has a pet living here should know very well it's their responsibility to take care of it, and it's "crap" as you call it.

I live in Building 6 and have watched this woman with her dog off the leash all the time and never picking up the poop and getting mad at people who are trying to drive and have to stop suddenly because there is a dog running loose. She has no problem calling in to complain about everyone else.

i never had an issue with her but that is because i was not that close to her, i do remember her dang dog dropping a stink pickle (right in front of someone grilling by the basketball court)and she just waling away like nothing happened , no respect for other people.... for what ive seen she is close to the manager , i have seen both of them chating a many times by the main entrance ..
