i have lived in hunters hill forover 4 years and i seen sence they changed the manger
they do not care about you
they do no dump the trash enofe so that they are over flowing
they do not cut grass till its way to long
they do not pick up trash around maby one time a month or when the owner comes out
the mantaince workers do no know what they are doing or even work they just drive around talking or flirting i will say not to move here unless you want a bunch of trouble

You cant spell very well and your grammer is very bad. Your review was a waste of time to many people.

exact same experience with me, if you want to be treated like this then feel free to move in but just remember, these reviews are here for a reason . yes some people are happier than other but remember that not everyone is "BEST FRIENDS" with the manager like the PAID A-hole in the second post . if you care more about someones grammer or spelling and let this be your basis to your decision then go ahead but remember that you have been warned about this complex. for the time i was there 5 units were broken into and this is in the middle of the day , cars broken into, people mugged , the DEA storming the place a few times i mean come on, do you want to live in a place like this??? yes they have gates but they are always open during weeknights and half the time they are not working.. all i can say is thank God i am out of there..

ha ha ha DEA this place falls easily with flying colors under the average norm for crime.. I should know I'm a police officer here in Dallas.. ha ha DEA that's funny stuff! made my day thanks!
