Sxteen years ago, the complex was only a few year old. It was well run, clean and made up of considerate residents.

The owner lives in Canada and property management companies have changed three times in the last five months. We are promised improvements, but nothing comes of it. A lot of drug dealing goes on. Crime Strike Security and Dallas Police take up to two hours to respond to all but the most severe situation, like child endangerment or shots fired.
