I jsut want to say that in all my years I have never seen an apartment go down as fast as this one has. They have changed staff several times in the last couple of months and they have started to compromise quality for quanity. The staff is unprofessional and they change property mgmt as much as the girl in the office changes weaves. What does my apartment have to do with who "she went out with on New Years and how --- men party better than anyone else" I have had problems from fixing lights, garbage disposals, ice machine, and eletrical problems. I've even contacted Sun Ridge Property Mgmt and they don't even return calls. The Mangaer literally wrote down one of my request on a sticky note, I wonder why that never got fixed. They make promise (I'll send someone right over or lie and say its fixed and its not). Keep on driving this place is not safe for anyone and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. No one should live like this and when my lease is up I will no longer live here.
