To the residents and future residents of Huntington Brook. I have been the the manager of Huntington Brook for over a year. In that year we have made many improvements on the community. We are currently installing a fence that will seperate this property from Ashley Creek. This fence is 8 foot tall and metal so it will not be able to be torn down easily. I have many wonderful residents that live here and hope to have many more. Unfortunatly were ever you live you will have people sneak in even when you screen for criminal and credit. They will come in under another person id. The only thing we can do is to find out and get them out asap if they are causing issues. Although with the laws of the state you have to follow the proper procedures. File an eviction wait 3 weeks for court dates and then you can continue. Sometimes as managers it takes us 1-2 months to remove someone through the court system. We do have a patrol service that comes through nightly and is on call for the property. If the residents do work with mgmt and call in if they see gangs of people in the parking lots or call the police it only helps us to be aware of this and to try to correct the issues. If no one calls it in then how are we to know. I have seen this property come up on the past year but it does take all the residents and office-maintenance staff to work as a team. If this happens you will see even more results.
