When I moved here at the beginning of the year-we came on a Sat to lease.Daylight hours-the apartments and outside were very nice and we were assured that they had a low crime rate..haha..Since then over the course of 5 months...
1.There is noone that we know that still works in the office.
2.It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get simple repairs done.
3.Constables are parked outside the gates every morning
4.Police are always driving thru the apt and the police RV is parked down the street
5.The pool is closed because they can't pass inspection
6.Ghetto moms consider the pool to be their babysitter for the 3 and 4 year olds- they have(as long as they have floaties they think they'll be ok)
7.It's NOISY
8.The area around it is low class
9.It took 2 hours for the police to respond when a neighbors house got broken into
10.The new office people have attitudes and no clue as to what is going on
11.THEY DON"T CARE!!!!

Best advice-do not move here and always always always come to area you want to move in at night and see how it really is...
