I have been a resident here for more years than I can count (mainly because I haven't wanted to face the hassle of moving my stuff), and the complex has definitely gone WAY down hill. My neighbors are rude, loud, they don't recognize assigned parking spots, and I suspect one or more of dealing drugs.
The cabinets on the outside of apartment buildings that house the electrical power meters are always left unlocked, and anyone can (and has) come along and just pulled out the meter or flipped the breaker, thus shutting off power to an entire apartment.
Management must still be celebrating St. Patrick's Day, because the central swimming pool has been a shamrock shade of green for about 2 weeks now.
Repairs can take up to a week to occur, if at all.
I have heard gunshots coming from next door Ashley Creek Apartments, and the fence issue is a joke. Everyone complained about the residents breaking down sections to sneak into Huntington Brook, so management built a wrought-iron fence. However, THEY LEFT GAPS in the fence so that people could walk right through without breaking down sections! What is the point of even building the fence if you're going to leave 6-foot gaps''''
I can't wait to move out.
