I have lived in Huntington Brook Apt. for 3 years, I've seen at least 3 or 4 managers since I've been there. The first unit that I was in, the door had been previously kicked in but was never replaced. The previous maintenance tried to repaint and hammer the door back on the hinge, nothing ever got done about it. The next manager came in to do the same thing as the first manager "NOTHING". While she was in the office some tenants money orders and checks were stolen by employees. The manager that's in the office now have filled the whole complex but I don't think that she had took the time out to screen the residents before moving them in. Residents in my building and the building next to mine consistently complain on the assigned parking. It's bad when you come home almost everyday and someone's always in your assigned parking spot and nothing's been done about it. We have received several letters stating that unauthorized cars would be towed. "I haven't seen it yet" For the last couple of nights we have been awaken by gunshots in our apartments. It's bad when different restaurants used to come in these apartments, NOW we can't either get deliveries or they won't delivered after 6pm. I used to recommend these apartments to everyone but now I wouldn't recommend myself to live in there anymore.
