These apartments are no good; I would not recommend them. I lived there for two years and saw them really go down. The apartment that I leased was on the first floor and let me tell you, bad choice. The apartment above me would overflow from time to time, causing my apartment to flood; I would highly recommend renters insurance. The parking is a joke. You are SUPPOSE to have your own designated spot, but there were times when I, and other tenants would come home and find other automobiles in our spot and nothing. Management would give you an orange sticker to put on the car and tell you to do nothing else, what a joke. I can go on and on believe me . but I will tell you to not be fooled by the gimmicky management team, they are an absolute joke, I promise!!!!!!!!!
