Where do I start' The management sucks! They are mean and rude. They talk to you like you are a prisoner and they are the guards. I've had nothing but trouble since I moved in. I've paid my rent/water on time every single month to live in this dump! It is a slum. I have bought every type of bug spray, hired and exterminator and had the exterminator in the apts spray once a week the entire time I lived there and the roaches always came back. They have some kind of mutuated ET roaches that can't be killed by roach poison. The pool is nasty, the trash stinks up the whole complex, they have every kind of roach, plus possums and stray cats all over the property. The gate never works, and there is never any where to park because of all the people who live there illegally and someone is always parked in your assigned parking spot and the office will do nothing about it. The fitness center is in the office and can only be used during office hours. Also the sprinkler is set to go off between 7 AM - 8 AM when people are leaving for work and children are leaving for school and it was aimed at my door. When I moved they wouldn't agree to do a walk through and they stole my deposit even though I left the apartment just how I found it. I never even unpacked my stuff it was so nasty. There is a good reason why this is the cheapest apt complex in the area. Listen to me - Do not move here - you will regret it. They will rip you off and you will be misreable. We were misreable for a year, it was not a place that you can call home.
