I have been there for 2 months. I moved here from California and didn't know much about the area. I knew based on the staff I shouldn't have moved in. The staff is unprofessional; I witnessed the assistant manager handling business on speaker phone of all things! The way the assistant manager spoke, her tone, and the unprofessional conversation she was having with the incompetent leasing agent were all signs that I made a mistake. OMG and that manager need soft skills training like asap! She does not know how to handle conflict at all!
